Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at Ksquare Energy, you will play a vital role in supporting the Business Development Manager in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our market presence within India. You will assist in executing business development strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets and objectives.  

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential market opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies and decision-making. 

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct outreach activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement, to generate interest and build relationships with potential customers.

3. Relationship Building and Networking:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential customers, industry partners, and government agencies.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand the company's network and establish Ksquare Energy as a trusted partner in the solar energy industry. 

4. Sales Support and Proposal Development:

  • Support the Business Development Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral for prospective clients.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, demonstrations, and site visits to showcase Ksquare Energy's products and services and address customer inquiries. 

5. CRM Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in the company's CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, lead generation activities, and market trends for review by the Business Development Manager and senior management. 

6. Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer engagement efforts.
