Job Role

A solar sales executive plays a crucial role in bringing the sunshine of renewable energy to homes and businesses. Imagine yourself as an ambassador for sustainability, educating potential customers about the benefits of solar power systems. You'll be a skilled communicator, building relationships and understanding energy needs to tailor customized solutions. Your days will involve generating leads, conducting site assessments, crafting proposals that highlight financial savings and environmental impact, and confidently guiding clients through the installation process. You'll be a problem solver, addressing concerns and navigating paperwork, all while exceeding sales targets and contributing to a brighter future for our planet. In essence, you'll be a champion for clean energy, turning sunshine into smiles, both for your customers and the environment.

Job Description

  • Good knowledge of Solar products 
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication  
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs
  • Achieve sales target and objectives set by the company
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must Have

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Solar company
  • Diploma of  Bachelor of Engineering
  • Good at communication skill
  • Good knowledge of Solar products

  • Positive attitude skills
  • Able to understand the customer need
  • Basic knowledge of Odoo Software
