Sales Executive(Solar Products)

As a Sales Executive at Ksquare Energy, you will play a pivotal role in driving direct customer sales in the B2C segment. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and retaining customers for Ksquare Energy's solar energy products and solutions. You will focus on building relationships, educating customers, and providing tailored solutions to meet their solar energy needs.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Customer Acquisition and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including door-to-door prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
  • Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospects interested in solar energy solutions, including solar panels, inverters, and related accessories. 

2. Consultative Selling and Solution Presentation:

  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and assessments to understand customers' energy requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and long-term value proposition.
  • Present tailored solutions and product recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences, emphasizing the advantages of Ksquare Energy's products and services. 

3. Sales Negotiation and Closing:

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers, outlining pricing, terms, and conditions for solar energy installations.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with customers to secure sales agreements and achieve revenue targets.
  • Close sales and finalize contracts with customers, ensuring clarity, transparency, and customer satisfaction throughout the process. 

4. Relationship Building and Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support, assistance, and guidance throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and encourage referrals and repeat business. 

5. Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline updates using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, key metrics, and achievements for review by the Sales Manager and senior management.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
